Powerful Cloth

This is my own testimonial.  I was having corn 鸡眼 on my toe for quite some months. Not my first time though, The 1st time when I was having it, I used incense to poke the corn everyday until it "died". Of course it was abit painful process but still it managed to die. Last time, I wasn't aware that there is such medicated plaster for corn. This is also not my first time using the plaster. 

This post is not about clean cloth can remove corn 鸡眼, but heal the open wound real fast.

Just explain abit, this process requires the use of 4-5 medicated plasters over a period of at least 6-8 days, changing the plaster on alternate days. Finally, on the day, I used nail clipper to try to pull out the corn until it went quite deep. People have corn before will know that we need to pull out the corn leaving a hole in the flesh. 

After clipping the deep hole, there seems to have some bleeding, not dripping type. I need a normal plaster for that, then I remembered, this powerful nefful clean cloth. I did not take the picture on the 1st day before putting the cloth, so sad. The pictures below are after 24 hours and 36 hours respectively. In fact after 12 hours, when I changed the cloth, the skin has already healed across the hole! I also did not take a picture of it. I decided to continue putting the clean cloth, because I need to wear shoe,. How nice and fast the skin has heal.

This is why nefful cloth is also very good for people who have diabetic with open wound. This can help to dry up the wound and heal the wound faster rather than let it rot.

This 1716 if I din remember wrongly, Fashion Supporter. I wear it on my arms, mainly to protect the lungs and keep out cold. Sometimes, I wear it like a sleeve where the actual sleeves are shorter. If I have cough or cold, the covers the arm areas to speed up the recovery of cough & cold.

 

This can also be worn on knees.

Waist supporter

This waist supporter is alter from 1702, the knee supporters. This is elastic, just pull up and is quite tight, supposed to be. I only wear them at night, can flatten abit of the tummy and recharge the lower back 酸。This idea came from my counterpart in Penang. 

There is another waist supporter also alter but from blanket material. Will talk about this in future post. 

Glove

Gloves or wrist supporters

I quite like this glove which I wear at night and when I am overseas in cold countries, just it dont cover the fingers make it easier to manage.

However, the main idea of such gloves are for people with heart problem as well as people with sweaty palms. And cold hands, numb hands, palpitations, arrhythmia, impatient, impetuous, wrist pain & throat protection.

Palpitations: feelings  or sensations that your heart is pounding or racing. They can be felt in your chest, throat or neck (U.S. National Library of Medicine).

Arrhythmia: is a problem with the rate or rhythm of the heartbeat. It means that the heart beats too quickly, too slowly or with an irregular pattern (U.S. National Library of Medicine).

Sometimes, my youngest will also "steal" this from me, claiming that her fingers are soar after writing so much for school work or palms are in pain. I only have 1 pair. Also regretted not getting more.

Inside of the guards/supporters.

I have all the 3. I have different feedback for the 1st two, i.e. 1702 and 1712. I personally preferred 1712, as I feel it recharge my knees better than 1702. However, my mom and few others feel that 1702 suits them better. This is because all our body have different conditions and react differently not only to this Nefful products.It is just like everyone may have different reaction towards medicines.

I would like to clarify that these knee guards and supporters are not meant for elderly or middle age people only. Young people who play sports may need them as well. My friend's daughter play netball and injured her knees and she could not play as it hurts. In the hospital, there was no medication given, only bandage the knees tightly but without much effect.

I suggested this but as usually, young people are stubborn and refused. It was only after awhile she finally put on. Now she even tell her parents not to use them if not it loosen.

It is just hard to tell people how effective these products are until they try out themselves. Once they try, no need to say more, because the product speak for itself.

Socks

Socks - Teviron Short Socks

This is short socks also come in long socks, Teviron Long Socks TL52. However, the new Neoron series do not or have not produce short socks. I have both long and short socks. I regetted not buying more of this short ones. I wear this short socks every night, sometime together with the ankle guard to keep my feet warm and recharge.

This short socks is also suitable for children. It is extremely good when we need to walk alot like overseas trips.

I have 3 pairs of them. I usually wear them at night and in the office, where my feet are cold. These would be able to help keep my feet warm. It helps when there are pains on my feet due to unknown reason. There is another plus point, it is to keep woman's womb warm, as feet has reflex points correspond to different body organs and system.

This can be used as knee guard/support for children as they are smaller frame and the normal knee guard/support would not be suitable.

This is a "throwback" post on the articles published in a health magaine in 2013. This ariticle was published in "健康我最大" 健康报.

 

I am back.

I am now back after disappearing for months to concentrate on my studies. And now I have finally finished the 2.5 years of studies. Yeah! I have list of things to do, things I was too busy to carry out. 

Just a short note about knee guard 1712. I experienced my knee having some discomfort again few days back and quickly put them on after shower in the night. The next morning was much better. The discomfort has gone and I could not actually describe. But I am ready glad that the knee guard is really helpful.

The series 1712 is not longer available and they have replaced it with SG001 - dual purpose Knee/elbow support. I have not tried out and cannot comment much. However, I am confident they are equally good if not better.

I want to document this experience before I forgets. I was having bad cough with phlegm since 2 weeks ago finished the medicines given and the phlegm still stuck at my throat for the past couple of days.

I couldn’t spit out the phlegm though every time I cough it will just surface at the throat. Then I remembered the knee guard I have (1712). I put it on my both elbows on Monday night and slept with it under my eskimode top.

Tuesday, I felt the amount of phlegm has reduced although I still cough. I put on the knee guard again on Tuesday. Come today, the phlegm has cleared almost 90%!. Even I also think it is amazing. I have never tried this method for cough. Wearing the knee guard under Eskimode is rather uncomfortable, but still bearable to me. So I hope by tomorrow, the phlegm should be gone I hope!

Sharing on the experiences on nefful -negative ion clothings

2 months just passed like that. Having extremely busy with my studies, assignments, Pre & Post Chinese New Year, Fengshui and not so much time spent on my nefful. Time really files. Soon my 4th semester will be over, and I will be back busy with nefful, some maid issues and preparation for my final year project, the most worried assignment to do. 

Well well well, I can do it! Another 8 months to go for my degree!

The power of the blanket

I can't resist to blog again how effective is the blanket on me!

I have not been using the blanket for a few months because I let my hubby use it. This afternoon I took the blanket to use for my nap. Super powerful.  I fall asleep fast n have a deep nap of 1 hour. 

I am one that have hard time falling asleep person and also a light sleeper.  Only nefful blanket has the power to let me sleep within minutes and a deep one. So today it help me to fall asleep fast and deep one. I m so glad.

Before I resume my class tonight, I would like to share my own experience using this 很棒的妮芙露产品和很棒的精英团队。

For the past 4 months of school break, I lead a very busy schedule as I spent alot of time on my nefful business, travelling here and there, attending courses here and there with my 伙伴们, meeting my aunty just short of meeting up with my friends. See how encouraging and supporting to one another and sharing their experiences and  chasing us for our "homework" hahahaha. 

This is not only business, but school I feel. While you enjoy your healthy body, you get to learn & do "homework" and get to earn money as well!

Yesterday, when I was travelling back from KL with my purchases which from 1 bag to 2 bags back, and I have to carry them up the aircraft as the airport does not have the connector between airport and plane and walked quite a long distant. I have the energy and does not feel any differences although the weight of all my luggages should exceeded 10kg. There was slight of tiredness from walking. 

What I did was to put on my full gear of my nefful clothing including my waist supporter made from blanket when i sleep in the night. I experienced some discomfort in the morning but there is no muscle aching at all! This was what my mother experienced when she helped to clean up my brother's home one day.   

I believed if I did not put my nefful clothing, my whole body would be aching. But now I still have the energy to write my blog.

Finally, I would like to say Yes I want! Who doesn't to be AGM! And I want to be AGM with easier easir path up! When we were asked.

Our Team & Our Event!

瘤, Growth

This is a sharing from my colleague, Weelly of a small growth on her wrist area, resulted from carrying her babies for long period of time. The growth was with her since 2012 (at least) when she show it to me and before we start using nefful.

She started to try to treat this problem sometime in July in 2013. She uses a wrist band to secure a breastpad on her wrist. Now after about 6 months the growth has disappeared. 

According to another colleague, such growth must see Chinese doctor to do 推拿to remove the so call "water" and it will be very painful. And risk of coming back. 

However, Weelly choose to use nefful instead. See the amazing result.

Nothing much really.

There isn't much for me to write recently, because people around me who has / have been using negative ions clothing (nefful products) are happy and well.

What i learnt in recent training I have, be it classroom talks or personal talks, I learnt "not everyone can teach their own kids", you will need a third party to enlighten them or wake them up.

All I can do is to share with people around me, my families, my colleagues if possible, my friends, my schoolmates, and my friends about the best of this products.

Effect after wearing Anions clothing

After wearing anions clothing, one of the comment I received recently, "the legs were so light walking the whole day!" Not sure how many people have problem walking the whole day with heavy legs? I am sure I was one of them.

This is just one of the benefits of wearing anions clothing, which already makes a person so happy because she can walk without feeling so tired. The world is so big, there are many more places we have not been., now we can venture more, great right! The quality of life has improved.

I have been observing for quite sometimes now since I started many months ago. Another good news!

I have a friend, she has problem with her liver since young if I dint remember wrongly. Every year she has to go for medical checkup in the hospital for her liver inflammation. She cannot take any other medication due to this exiting conditions.  

When we started using this product, we actually shared with her, she knew and has been using also as her mother is a member. But she wasn't an active user then. Until we sort of share more with her, she being to use more frequently.

Yesterday, she happily shared with me that her recently check up show that she liver is not on inflammation, best result in the recent year or years! She just need to shed more weight and her liver is having fats.

Forgotten pain!

My mom just told me yesterday that she had her tailbone pain for the past 3 years. Tailbone I suspected the place she pointed to me. She wanted to buy a chair cushion for her chair as she said cannot sit for long and had to sit side way due to the pain. She also almost wanted to see a doctor for the pain, but she fear. 

However, only recently she realised that she can sit for a long time without feeling the pain. The pain on her tail bone has gone! I told her when pain goes away people usually don't realized, people will usually remembered that why they haven't get well! 

As I mentioned before, people usually will forget the good and remember the bad! lol, me too!.

I dont know when she started to be able to sit long again, as she never mentioned to me that she has the pain!.

This is the overall well-being I supposed. Things that you don't expect actually happened. Good right!

Keeping the body warm.

Have been trying to find out about keeping the body warm rather than keeping the body cold. Only when one has fever, there is no need to keep the body temperature lower. In search for keeping warm and cold in the internet, only available is keep the body warm.

However, I found a report done by Dr David A. Jernigan, DC, BS on Cancer and Low body temperature. In summary, he found that those people suffering from cancer has lower body temperature.

He mentioned that "Viruses prefer and promote a cold environment and replicate at a much more rapid rate when the body is cold," is a sign of degeneration and gradual cellular death, he said. "Low body temperature is the plague of the 21st century."

Another quote :" In death, the blood and lymph fluids of the body solidify and the body becomes stiff and cold. In the same way, in many chronic cold illnesses such as cancer, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, diabetes, and the heart disease, we see that the body becomes progressively colder."

He mentioned also that it might be said that you are dying in direct proportion to the coldness of your body. Follow this logic: Cells degenerate and die in direct proportion to the depletion of oxygen. Blood is overcooled from a cold core temperature is too thick to efficiently carry oxygen and the lung vital capacity is reduced, leading to shallow breathing. This means that the oxygen to carbon dioxide exchange rate in the lungs is minimal. Now combine the degenerative and the cold temperature and the fact that all of this and the overgrowth of microbes promote an acidic environment, and you have greatly accelerated cellular degeneration and the onset of life threatening disease.

Those chronic illnesses he mentioned has colder body, I am not sure, but if you do have such family member at home, you may monitor to see if this is really the case.

This is just my sharing of my findings available. I would think this could serve as a general knowledge for everyone that it is important to keep our body warm and maintain the temperature.

Maintain the body temperature

Last week was really cold, until I have to wear my camisole with my normal clothing just to keep me warm. Only my exposed arms and legs were cold and the body was rather comfortable.

My initial wearing of the camisole material was rather uncomfortable, abit picky and warm. gradually, my body adjusted to the material, and now it is just comfortable even on hot day, I don't feel hot with the camisole. 

Terviron is really a good materials for the body to maintain the body temperature during the cold and hot weather. We can stay healthy, since the body temperature is maintained.

脚酸 - Sore leg

This sore leg (脚酸) I have totally forgotten until mom talk about it just now.

I used to have sore leg very easily, after shopping for like only 1 hour my legs already cannot take it. However, I remembered many years ago in Australia, Autumn, I have no problem walking from Morning till night. Not sure is because of the cold weather or I was much younger and now older plus have given birth. Definitely in Singapore I can never walk / shop for long. My legs cannot take it. 

Recently, however, this leg sore problem seems to have go away or not so obvious to me. I am able walk much more long without complaining about. I have not test it out. 2 years ago when I was in Hong Kong, I seriously encountered this sore leg problem. Need to go Hong Kong to prove that the problem has gone away hahahaha.

If you ask me which material helps, my answer is I don't know. I think is the overall improvement after using the products over time. At most I can think of is the knee guard and the Eskimode pant which I wore the longest.

This sore leg is definitely not a big problem as compare to the major illness others are suffering, which is why I can actually forgotten until my mom talk about it. This is a very insignificant problem but now I can enjoy my life better, issit good?
