Washed clean and dry
Remove the stalk and slice the strawberry, divide them into 3 portions.
Lemon also need to remove wash, dry and remove the skin then slice, also divide into 3 portions. 
Place the 1st portion of the sliced strawberry into a glass container.
Then place the 1st portion of the sliced lemon.
Next, place the 1st portion of the rock sugar on top of the lemon.
Then repeat the steps for portion 2 of the strawberry, lemon and rock sugar.
Again, repeat the 3rd portion of the strawberry, lemon and rock sugar.
Finally, cover the container with a plastic secured with rubber band.Strawberry is also very tasty, but bec they are expensive i seldom make.
